It’s no secret that the French have perfected the artwork of setting the desk, and they even have a saying for it – artwork de la table – artwork of the desk. Specifically, their robust perception of tradition sets them aside in this category and why we all admire French decor and dining so a great deal. As with anything, I like to integrate my private touches whilst being encouraged by what I like most. I associate the coloration burgundy with France. Potentially it is the velvet burgundy interiors of their iconic Chateaus. Even though this a person might be a bit more clear-cut, there’s no way around it. If you want to produce that ‘je ne sais quoi’ by means of your food items, serve a couple festive French dishes.
