GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. — Jeff Owen will be included to Dollar General Corp.’s board of administrators on the success of his marketing to main executive officer on November 1, 2022, the firm mentioned.
With Owen’s appointment, Greenback General’s board will consist of 10 total associates with substantial skills and practical experience across a number of industries. In July 2022, Greenback Common declared Owen would realize success Todd Vasos as CEO. Vasos will serve in a senior advisory situation with Dollar Common from November 1, 2022 by April 1, 2023, at which time he will retire from employment with the organization and is anticipated to keep on to provide as a member of the company’s board.
Owen, who has been with the company for almost 30 a long time, assumed Greenback General’s chief running officer position in August 2019 obtaining formerly held the roles of government vice president, store operations from June 2015-August 2019 and senior vice president, store operations from August 2011-July 2014. Prior to August 2011, Owen served DG as a vice president, division supervisor retail division manager senior director, functions process enhancement and store manager, amid other roles. He commenced his work at Dollar Common in 1992 as a shop manager trainee in a Nashville, Tenn., retail outlet.
